The Link Line Advisor at https://software.intel.com/sites/products/mkl/mkl_link_line_advisor.htm displays under item 7 ("Select interface layer:") the only choice "LP64" even when the chosen architecture (Item 5) is IA32/Windows, and this needs to be selected before the link line is displayed. This, I believe, is simply an incorrectly chosen label (IA32 would be more appropriate), since there are no 64-bit pointers generated from Fortran code intended to be run on 32-bit Windows.
