CCE format to complex numbers

Hello 

I want to use intel's mkl fft functions.

Now, according to this the output of real to complex transform in a CCE format,

the problem is that I can't find a description of this format anywhere , I can only find this which describes other formats (e.g., CCS, PERM, etc.)
